瓢虫亚科(Coccinellinae)是瓢虫科中比较常见的类群,主要以蚜虫为食,部分种(食菌瓢虫族Psylloborini)取食真菌(如白粉病、霜霉病的孢子和菌丝等)。对我国的该亚科的昆虫种类,刘崇乐(1962,1963)曾经进行了系统整理,描述了三个新种和重新记述了59个种。以后其他作者继续描述了一些种,目前已有中文描述和整理的达70种左右。我们在整理天敌昆虫图册(1978)及其他有关瓢虫亚科的材料中,总觉得一些属间的区别很不明确,一些种只有鉴定到种后才能依据过去的材料决定所归入的属,这是该亚科在分类上长期存在的问题。
Coccinellinae is a common species of ladybugs. It mainly feeds on aphids, and some species (Psylloborini) feed on fungi (such as powdery mildew, downy mildew and hypha) . For our species of insects of this subfamily, Liu Chongle (1962, 1963) systematically arranged, described three new species and recoded 59 species. Other authors continue to describe some species in the future, at present, there are about 70 Chinese descriptions and arrangements. We always find some of the genus differences in the Atlas of Natural enemies Atlas (1978) and other materials related to the Ladybugs subfamily, and some species are only classified as belonging to past species based on their identification , Which is a long-standing problem in taxonomy of this subfamily.
