目的:通过测定传导速度研究缺血对神经于功能的影响。方法:将20只牛蛙左右后肢分为两组,左后肢为供血组,右后肢为缺血组。对两组坐骨神经干分别每隔5分钟测定一次传导速度(共13次,60分钟)。取0、30、60分钟三个时相的传导速度进行组内与组间比较。实验组缺血时间与传导速度进行相关性分析。统计学处理用双侧t检验,相关性分析。结果:(1)对照组内神经传导速度比较显示差异无显著性(P>0.05),实验组内显示差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)组间比较(30、60分钟)显示两组的神经传导速度差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。(3)相关性分析示缺血时间与神经干传导速度呈负相关(r=-0.98,P<0.001).结论:神经干传导速度随缺血时间的延长而减慢,二者呈负相关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of ischemia on function of nerve by measuring conduction velocity. Methods: The left hind limbs of 20 bullfrogs were divided into two groups. The left hind limbs were the blood supply group and the right hindlimb was the ischemia group. The conduction velocity of the two groups of sciatic nerves was measured every 5 minutes (13 times, 60 minutes). Take 0, 30, 60 minutes three phase conduction velocity within the group and between groups. The correlation between ischemic time and conduction velocity in experimental group was analyzed. Statistical analysis using bilateral t test, correlation analysis. Results: (1) There was no significant difference in nerve conduction velocity in the control group (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in the experimental group (P <0.05). (2) Comparison between groups (30 and 60 minutes) showed that there was a significant difference in nerve conduction velocity between the two groups (P <0.05). (3) Correlation analysis showed that ischemia time was negatively correlated with nerve conduction velocity (r = -0.98, P <0.001). Conclusion: The nerve conduction velocity decreases with the prolongation of ischemia, and the two are negatively correlated.
