我院自1981年起应用血管扩张剂酚妥拉明治疗妊娠高血压综合征(下称妊高症)并发急性左心衰竭患者17例,取得满意疗效,报道如下。临床资料 17例年龄22～36岁,平均25.7岁。孕龄35～41~(+2)周。初产妇16例,经产妇1例,其中4例为双胎。17例均有全身浮肿,尿蛋白(+～+++),血压150/100～200/140,14例有贫血,其中5例血色素≤50g/L,诊断符合妊高征。17例均有气急、端坐呼吸,心率120～160次/分,两肺湿啰音,咳嗽吐白色或粉红色泡沫
