本文对19例60岁以上,确诊为慢性结肠炎的患者和22例健康老人的粪便作了肠道菌群分析。实验采用光岗知足和康白方法,选择肠道菌群中具有代表性的需氧菌4种,厌氧菌6种行定性、定量分析,实验结果见附表实验结果表明实验组的10种细菌检出率明显低于对照组,其中需氧菌中肠杆菌、葡萄球菌;厌氧菌中的拟杆菌,双歧杆菌和梭菌与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。19例患者有16例发生了肠道菌群的失调。如人们所知,肠道菌群与宿主间有着密切的关系。随着人的衰老,消化过程的神经体液调节发生了变化,
In this paper, 19 cases of patients over the age of 60, diagnosed as chronic colitis and 22 healthy elderly manure made intestinal flora analysis. In this experiment, four kinds of representative aerobic bacteria in intestinal flora and six kinds of anaerobic bacteria were selected for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the experiment are shown in the attached table. The experimental results show that 10 species The detection rate of bacteria was significantly lower than that of the control group.
