针对相似材料模拟实验时缺失对模拟煤层的支护及应力采集,而造成应力传导不连贯、模拟效果差,不利于提高模拟实验仿真度的缺点,提出一种自移液压支架式应力采集装置的设计。该装置具有外观仿真度高,可自行移、降架,并可做到应力数据的直观读取等特点。设计的装置通过新疆屯宝煤矿1154工作面相似材料模拟实验应用,性能可靠、操作简便,对数据采集的精度及准确性有一定促进作用。
Aimed at the shortcomings of simulating experimental simulations by simulating the lack of similar material support for the simulated coal seam and the stress collection caused by similar materials, the stress conduction is not consistent and the simulation result is poor, a self-moving hydraulic support type stress collection device design. The device has the appearance of high simulation, self-moving, lowering rack, and can do the visual reading of stress data and so on. The designed device passes the similar material simulation experiment application of 1154 working face of Tuen Bao coal mine in Xinjiang, which has reliable performance and easy operation, which can promote the accuracy and accuracy of data acquisition.
