维生素A(筒称VA)缺乏是世界各地影响儿童健康的重要营养问题,在发展中国家尤为明显,世界卫生组织(WHO)正在进行一项为期10年的规划,用以控制或减少VA缺乏及其引起的夜盲症、失明和感染性疾病的发病率和死亡率。目前我国对学龄前儿童VA营养状况的研究部分地区已做了些工作,但有关北方贫困山区农村3岁以下儿童VA营养状况方面的资料还未见报道,因此我们抽取了我区所辖的山区涞源县甲村乡221名3岁以下儿童进行了调查,旨在了解我区贫困山区农村儿童VA的营养状况,为制定营养改善措施提供依据。调查对象与方法 1、调查对象:选择山区涞源县甲村乡人均收入小于300元家庭的6月~3岁并在一个月内未用过VA制剂的221名儿童进行调
The lack of vitamin A (VA) is an important nutritional problem affecting children’s health around the world, especially in developing countries.
