《山东省人民政府办公厅关于加强成品油市场调控监管稳定市场物价的通知》(鲁政办发〔2007〕88号)要求:从2007年12月1日起,采取向旅客加收燃油附加费的方式,提高全省公路客运价格,燃油附加费的标准为每人公里0.01元。成品油价格调整后,对农业、林业、渔业(含远洋渔业)、城市公交、农村道路客运(含岛际和农村水路客运)增加的支出,按现行政策继续由中央财政给予补贴。民用天然气(含学校学生食堂用气)价格此次不作调整。对液化气价格提高影响低收入群体增加的支出,各级政府要综合考虑居民生活费用的提高,采取提高低保标准或发放临时补贴等措施给予补偿;影响学生食堂增加的支出,由各级政府适当补助。
