水利部新颁布的《水工（钢筋）混凝土结构设计规范》ＳＬ／Ｔ１９１—９６版，在设计原则、计算方法及构造细节上较原ＳＤＪ２０—２８版有很大改动。比较分析认为，新规范从理论和实践上体现了我国水工混凝土结构方面的最新科研成果，反映了设计水平的进步和提高。
Newly promulgated by the Ministry of Water Resources “Hydraulic (steel) concrete structure design specifications” SL / T191-96 version, in the design principles, calculation methods and structural details than the original SDJ20-28 version has been greatly changed. The comparative analysis shows that the new code reflects the latest scientific research results of hydraulic concrete structure in China theoretically and practically, reflecting the progress and improvement of the design level.
