在分析止推轴承毛坯结构特点的基础上,借助于数值模拟技术,研究了止推轴承温挤压成形过程中金属流动特点。模拟结果表明:成形过程中,金属流动顺利,成形3个凸台部位的金属充型效果好,无成形缺陷产生。结合数值模拟结果,制定了成形方案及工艺路线。确定了成形止推轴承毛坯件的坯料规格为:Ф86mm×Ф26.2mm×46mm。设计了成形模具,采用了带心轴的凸模结构,凸模心轴尺寸为Ф26mm×50mm;凹模采用有利于凸台成形和退料的组合结构。退料板结构设计简单、操作便捷。
Based on the analysis of the structural features of the thrust bearing blank, the characteristics of the metal flow during the warm extrusion process of the thrust bearing were studied by means of numerical simulation. The simulation results show that during the forming process, the metal flows smoothly and the metal filling effect of forming three bosses is good, and no forming defects occur. Combined with the numerical simulation results, the forming scheme and process route were worked out. Determine the shape of the thrust bearing blank blank specifications: Ф86mm × Ф26.2mm × 46mm. The forming mold is designed, the punch structure with mandrel is adopted, the size of mandrel mandrel is Ф26mm × 50mm; the die adopts the combined structure which is beneficial to the formation and the return of the boss. Stripping plate structure design is simple, easy to operate.
