世界各国经济的发展促进了经济全球化进程的加快,完善本国的金融法律长期以来都是保证金融行业健康发展的重要策略,也是维护整个中国经济健康的主要方式。但随着社会主义市场经济的发展,人民的思想观念逐渐发生转变,对于金融法律理念的认识也变得更加深刻。法律作为金融发展的组成部分,在促进金融行业中发挥了无可替代的作用。本文从历史发展、现代需求、服务水平等方面针对这一问题进行阐述。
The economic development of all countries in the world has promoted the acceleration of economic globalization and the improvement of its own financial laws has long been an important strategy for ensuring the healthy development of the financial industry. It is also the main method of safeguarding the overall economic health of China. However, with the development of the socialist market economy, people’s thinking concepts have gradually changed, and their understanding of the concept of financial law has become even more profound. As an integral part of financial development, law plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the financial industry. This article elaborates on this issue from the aspects of historical development, modern demand, service level and so on.
