声带息肉以往多在前联合直接喉镜下用喉镜摘除。本科自1976年年初起用自己改制的弯形喉钳在间接喉镜下进行。至1978年10月止,共施行65例。现报告如下: 临床资料本组65例中。男36例,女29例;年龄最大60岁,最小15岁。病程最长为6～7年,最短为半年。声带息肉59例,其中右侧者30例,左侧者24例,双侧者5例。声带结节4例。右披裂部小囊肿1例。左会厌囊肿1例。息肉大的直径约5～6毫米,小的直径约2毫米。操作技术一、适应症及禁忌症: 适应症:1.声带息肉。2.声带结节。3.喉部良性小肿物。4.喉部恶性肿瘤取活检者。
The vocal cord polyps had previously been removed with a laryngoscope under an anterior laryngoscope. Since the beginning of 1976, undergraduate courses have been performed under the indirect laryngoscope with curved hose clamps. As of October 1978, 65 cases were administered. The report is as follows: Clinical data in this group of 65 cases. There were 36 males and 29 females; the oldest was 60 years old and the youngest was 15 years old. The longest course is 6 to 7 years and the shortest is 6 months. There were 59 cases of vocal cord polyps, including 30 cases on the right side, 24 cases on the left side, and 5 cases on both sides. Nose nodules in 4 cases. Right cyst small cyst in 1 case. Left epiglottic cyst in 1 case. The polyps have a diameter of about 5-6 mm and a small diameter of about 2 mm. Operational Techniques 1. Indications and Contraindications: Indications: 1. Vocal cord polyps. 2. Vocal cord nodules. 3. The benign small tumor of the throat. 4. Take a biopsy from a laryngeal malignancy.
