通过分析硬质合金螺纹刀片的形状特点，提出采用振动珩磨法对螺纹刀片进行ＥＳＣ工艺处理。螺纹车削试验结果表明，ＥＳＣ工艺可增加刀片切削稳定性，显著提高刀片耐用度。
Based on the analysis of the shape characteristics of the tungsten carbide inserts, a vibrating honing method was proposed to process the thread inserts by ESC. Thread turning test results show that, ESC process can increase blade cutting stability, significantly improve blade durability.
