我院属乡级煤矿医院,接诊的急诊患者多为塌方、砸伤的复合性外伤患者,以创伤性骨折较为多见,而如何有效地、准确地缩短外伤患者的就诊,检查时间,提高一次摄片成功率为放射科急诊摄片的关键所在,为此笔者总结下列不成熟的经验,供给各同道参考: 一、创伤性骨折摄片的操作步骤: 1.迅速接诊,争分夺妙地缩短患者在放射科的检查时间,简化摄片程序,准确高效,有条不紊,忙而不乱,杜绝只注重快速而忽视准确现象的发生。
