公务员财产申报是预防和惩治腐败问题的一件利器。从上世纪90年代始,我国就提出了建立公务员财产申报制度的设想和建议。但是,这一重要制度至今仍处于举步维艰的状态。我国公务员财产申报制度迟迟不能出台所面临的困境如何?我们该如何应对和完善呢?

Civil service property declaration is a weapon to prevent and punish corruption. Since the 90s of last century, our country has put forward the idea and suggestion of setting up the declaration system of civil servants’ property. However, this important system is still in a very difficult situation. How can we cope with and improve the plight that our civil servants property declaration system can not introduce?
