《上海档案》编辑部同志; 上海是我的第二故乡,又是我参加革命的摇篮,也是我转搞档案工作的起步地。我常想起我的许多老战友、老同事。上海,对我来说,确有特别亲切的感情,以致经常不由自主地关注着上海档案工作的发展。 最近,我有幸看到《上海档案》1995年第2期,醒目的标题使我得知上海市档案馆已经建馆三十五周年,并召开了庆祝大会。我以无比激动兴奋的心情,想通过你们,转向上海市档案局、馆的同志们,致以迟到的衷心祝贺。 我细读了上海市档案局、馆长张乾同志在庆祝大会上所作题为“面向二十一世纪,建设一流档案馆”的
“Shanghai Archives” editorial comrades; Shanghai is my second home, but also the cradle of my participation in the revolution, but also my starting point for the transfer of files.
