一直以来,人们的观念总是以学生成绩的优劣来判定一个学生的好或者坏,成绩好的是好学生,成绩差的是坏学生。这种观念在人们头脑中根深蒂固。学生的差异是客观存在的,许多事实告诉我们,成绩好的学生不一定是品质优秀的学生,文化上成绩不好的学生也有他们的闪光处。教师真正的职责在于帮助和引导学生,去发现每一个学生的闪光之处,鼓励每一位学生不断积极向上,积极进取。这就需要我们教师更新观念,用一双欣赏的眼睛去发现每个学生的长处并赏识他们,让他们自信快乐的成长。
All along, people’s concepts are always judged by the merits of students to determine a student’s good or bad, good grades are good students, poor grades are bad students. This concept is deeply rooted in people’s minds. The differences among students are objective. Many facts tell us that students with good grades are not necessarily good students and students with poor grades in culture also have their flash. The real responsibility of teachers is to help and guide students to find out where each student’s flash, encourage each student to continue to be positive and positive and proactive. This requires our teachers to update their concepts, with a pair of appreciation of the eyes to find out the strengths of each student and appreciate them, so that they grow up confident and happy.
