为实现溃坝损失的快速评估,在建立溃坝损失评估方法的基础上,引入GIS空间信息格网来组织和管理空间数据,研究了GIS空间信息格网的实现方法,建立了基于GIS空间信息格网的溃坝生命损失计算方法及经济损失计算方法。构建了溃坝损失评估系统的框架结构,结合数据库技术、GIS技术、溃坝水力学、计算机图形学等方法和理论开发了GIS支持下的溃坝损失快速评估系统。
