新型微管结合蛋白(NuSAP)是一种重要的有丝分裂调节蛋白,在细胞分裂间期定位于核仁,在有丝分裂期与纺锤体的微管共同定位于胞质。NuSAP磷酸化和去磷酸化可动态调节其在细胞内功能。越来越多的研究表明,NuSAP选择性地在增殖性细胞中表达,其不仅参与纺锤体的稳定组装,而且与肿瘤组织的血管形成、增殖和侵袭有一定的相关性。随着分子生物学的发展,NuSAP有望成为新的肿瘤生物标志物和临床治疗的靶点,为肿瘤的早期诊断、临床治疗和预后提供新的方向。
The novel microtubule-binding protein (NuSAP) is an important mitotic regulatory protein that locates in the nucleolus during cell division and co-locates with the spindle microtubules in the cytoplasm during mitosis. NuSAP phosphorylation and dephosphorylation can dynamically regulate its intracellular function. More and more researches show that NuSAP is selectively expressed in proliferative cells. It not only participates in the stable assembly of spindle, but also has some correlation with the formation, proliferation and invasion of tumor tissue. With the development of molecular biology, NuSAP is expected to become a new tumor biomarker and target of clinical treatment, providing a new direction for the early diagnosis, clinical treatment and prognosis of tumors.
