预设计锚蛋白重复蛋白DARPins (Designed ankyrin repeat proteins),是一类衍生自天然锚蛋白重复序列的新型结合蛋白.由于其分子质量小,高效力,高稳定性,高亲和力和具备柔性结构等诸多特点而广受关注.DARPin蛋白在生化研究和临床治疗领域有着极大的应用价值.从DARPin结构的发现到DARPin药物候选分子进入临床,已有十几年的时间.该文总结了DARPin结构与功能特点,并阐述了其在生物医药与免疫治疗领域的应用情况,以期为相关领域的科研人员提供有价值的参考.“,”DARPins is a kind of novel binding protein derived from natural ankyrin repeat sequences.It is popular for its small molecular weight,high efficiency,high stability,high affinity and flexible structure.DARPins have a great application value in biochemical research and clinical treatment.It has been more than ten years from the discovery of DARPin structure to clinical application.This paper summarizes the structure and function of DARPins,and expounds its application in biomedical and immunotherapy to provide more valuable reference for researchers in related fields.
