商业健康保险公司在医疗保险市场中的合理定位,对于医疗保障体系的发展与完善有重要作用。当前,我国商业健康保险公司不仅作为基本医疗保险的补充而存在,而且通过第三方管理等方式积极参与到基本医疗保险体系的运作中,对提高体系运作效率有重要作用。但这一作用的发挥仍受到内外部因素的制约,需要进一步正确处理好不同要素之间的关系。
The reasonable positioning of commercial health insurance companies in the medical insurance market plays an important role in the development and improvement of the medical insurance system. At present, the commercial health insurance companies in our country not only exist as supplements to the basic medical insurance, but also actively participate in the operation of the basic medical insurance system through third-party management, which plays an important role in improving the operational efficiency of the system. However, the play of this role is still constrained by internal and external factors and the relationship between different factors needs to be further properly handled.
