甘露醇是治疗脑卒中最常用药物,近年来发现甘露醇可致急性肾功能损害,现将我们遇到的14例报告如下。1 临床资料男6例,女8例,年龄43～82岁,平均年龄61.7岁。既往有高血压病史者10例、风湿性心脏病心房纤颤者2例,14例均无肾脏病史。14例中脑出血8例,脑梗塞3例、脑栓塞2例、蛛网膜下腔出血1例,均经头颅 CT 证实。14例占同期收治脑卒中
Mannitol is the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of stroke, mannitol found in recent years can cause acute renal damage, we now encounter 14 cases reported as follows. 1 clinical data of 6 males and 8 females, aged 43 to 82 years, mean age 61.7 years. Previous history of hypertension in 10 cases, rheumatic heart disease in 2 cases of atrial fibrillation, 14 cases had no history of kidney disease. 14 cases of midbrain hemorrhage in 8 cases, 3 cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral embolism in 2 cases, subarachnoid hemorrhage in 1 case, were confirmed by skull CT. 14 cases accounted for the same period stroke
