采取在0Cr13不锈钢中加入稀土元素Y,研究稀土元素Y对0Cr13不锈钢组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响,通过金相组织观察,夹杂物成分分析,周期浸泡试验,自腐蚀电位检测,腐蚀交流阻抗谱测量等方法研究了稀土元素Y对0Cr13不锈钢组织及腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:稀土元素Y使0Cr13不锈钢的组织细化、均匀,形成稀土复合物,减少了硫、氧夹杂物的危害;稀土元素Y可有效提高0Cr13不锈钢的抗腐蚀能力。
The effect of rare earth element Y on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of 0Cr13 stainless steel was investigated by adding rare earth element Y in 0Cr13 stainless steel. The microstructure and corrosion resistance of 0Cr13 stainless steel were studied by means of metallographic observation, inclusion composition analysis, periodic immersion test, corrosion potential test and corrosion AC impedance spectroscopy The effects of rare earth element Y on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of 0Cr13 stainless steel were studied. The results show that the rare earth element Y can refine and homogenize the microstructure of 0Cr13 stainless steel and form a rare earth composite, reducing the harm of sulfur and oxygen inclusions. The rare earth element Y can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of 0Cr13 stainless steel.
