下肢深静脉血栓形成患者血液常处于高凝状态,血液凝固性高。我们采用反应血液凝固性的体外血栓形成试验,观察下肢深静脉血栓形成患者及中西医结合治疗前后的体外血栓变化,结果报告如下。一般资料健康人组21名,男14名,女7名,平均32岁。均为本院职工,实习生及部分患者家属,经查未发现心、脑、肝、肾及血液等疾患。患者组32例(按照中西医结合研究会周围血管病专业委员会1984年制定的诊断标准和多普勒超声检查及部分血管造影确诊为本病),男20例,女12例;年龄22～71岁,
Patients with deep vein thrombosis often have hypercoagulable blood and high blood clotting. We use the reaction of blood coagulation in vitro thrombosis test, observation of deep venous thrombosis in patients with traditional Chinese and Western medicine before and after treatment of thrombus changes in vitro, the results are reported as follows.
