目的：介绍提睑肌切除，额肌腱膜悬吊术治疗ＭａｒｃｕｓＧｕｎｎ上睑下垂的手术。方法：通过两例ＭａｒｃｕｓＧｕｎｎ上睑下垂手术治疗报告了提睑肌切除，额肌腱膜悬吊术的方法。结果：术后随访上睑下垂矫正，ＭａｒｃｕｓＧｕｎｎ现象消失。结论：提睑肌切除额肌腱膜悬吊术治疗ＭａｒｃｕｓＧｕｎｎ上睑下垂的方法简单有效。
Objective: To introduce the surgical treatment of MarcusGunn ptosis by levator muscle excision and frontal muscle aponeurosis. METHODS: Methods of levator muscle excision and frontal muscle aponeurosis were reported through two MarcusGunn ptosis procedures. Results: The postoperative follow-up blepharoptosis correction, MarcusGunn phenomenon disappeared. CONCLUSIONS: The method of levator muscle removal and frontal fascia suspension for the treatment of MarcusGunn ptosis is simple and effective.
