“规划规划，不如领导一句话”，这是规划师在工作中时常面临的困惑，其中有历史的根源，也有体制的原因。理清规划—权力—真理三者之间的辩证关系，加强相互沟通，协调完善法制，在民主决策机制下完成由“人治”到“法治”的过渡是规划（师）摆脱作为“讲述者”这一无奈角色的关键，同时，规划师要摆正自己的角色，讲究方法，掌握科学的、客观的、经过实践检验的“真”理，积极参与决策权力，保障规划的科学性、有效性和权威性。本期沙龙邀请来自方方面面的规划人士，围绕“规划（师）就是向权力讲述真理”的话题直抒己见、坦陈观点，以期对深化规划体制改革、推进民主决策进程有所助益。
