班级是学校的细胞,班级建设的好坏直接决定着学校教学质量,决定着学校对外的声誉,决定着学校的生源,最终会影响到学校的长久发展。班级的文化建设是班级建设的重要组成部分,文化是一个班级健康发展的内在的纽带,是一个班级的文化底蕴,班级文化建设的好,全部都是积极健康向上的学习氛围,则对学生产生积极的影响,反之则不利于学生的健康成长。因此,凡是从事班级教育的教育工作者,都会进行班级文化建设探索与实践。本文从班级文化建设的三个层面:制度建设、精神文化建设、环境文化建设三个方面展开论述,探讨实践工作中的班级文化建设,为建设良好的班级文化而积极努力。

This article discusses three aspects of the construction of class culture: system construction, spiritual culture construction and environment culture construction, discusses the construction of class culture in practical work and makes active efforts to build a good class culture.
