稠油油藏开发后期普遍存在井况变差、三大矛盾(平面、层间、层内)突出的问题,往往达不到开发方案设计时的采收率。近年来水平井技术的应用,分层二次开发使处于开发中后期的老油藏,有效缓解了平面矛盾、弱化了层内矛盾、解决了层间矛盾;与直井一次开发相比,综合含水大幅下隆,采油速度、原油采收率大幅提高。辽河油田杜99块大凌河历经近30年的开发,目前处于开发的中后期,在对油藏精细描述的基础上,利用二次开发水平井技术,整体部署,规模实施,取得了很好的开发效果和经济效益。
