湍口澄瑞健华图书馆是临安市湍口镇争取外援建立的图书馆。美国加州洛杉矶“加州圣峪中华文化协会健华社”是一个专门向会员筹募捐款用来帮助中国贫困乡镇共建图书馆的华人社团,自1990年以来已在中国大陆的贫困乡镇建立健华图书馆36个。据健华社驻中国联络员夏勇教授介绍,这36个健华图书馆发展都很好。健华图书馆为何能在中国贫困地区建立一个巩固一个呢?从湍口澄瑞的经验来看,有以下几点。
