为获得低定量吸液滤纸良好的吸液性能,同时满足快检试纸装配的厚度要求,较系统研究了不同打浆度的棉浆、针叶木浆和针叶木丝光浆的配比对纸页吸液性能的影响。结果表明:相同打浆度下针叶木丝光浆纸页的吸液能力最强,其原浆抄制的纸页吸液高度和吸液量分别可以达到110 mm和827 g·m-2;棉浆和针叶木浆纸页的吸液能力相对较差;单一棉浆、单一针叶木浆纸及两者配抄纸均难以达到低定量吸液滤纸吸液性能的要求;棉浆与针叶木丝光浆配抄纸,在打浆度为18~23°SR范围可满足吸液性要求,在针叶木丝光浆配比为20%时,3种浆的配抄纸在20~23°SR打浆度范围内其吸液量和厚度可达到要求。
