青年期是人生中的一个独特阶段,青年生活质量的高低,对于青年适应职业的能力、个性的发展等方面起着重要的作用。休闲作为青年职业活动的一种补充,对青年职业技能、文娱活动技能、生活技能的提高以及调适有着重要的意义。如何合理地安排青年的休闲活动,与青年的生活质量密切相关。本研究在已有研究的基础上,以文山市在业青年为例,通过对他们休闲时间的利用、休闲方式以及休闲生活质量方面的研究,反映文山市在业青年休闲生活的现状,分析影响在业青年休闲生活质量的相关因素,并就如何提高在业青年的休闲质量进行初步的探讨。
Youth is a unique stage in life. The quality of life of young people plays an important role in young people’s ability to adapt to their occupation and personality development. As a supplement to youth occupational activities, leisure plays an important role in improving youth occupational skills, recreational activities skills, improving life skills and adapting them. How to arrange leisure activities for youth reasonably is closely related to the quality of life of the youth. Based on the existing research, this study takes young employed in Wenshan City as an example to analyze the current situation of young people’s leisure life in Wenshan City through the research on their leisure time, leisure style and leisure life quality, and analyze the influence The related factors of the leisure life quality of the employed youth and the preliminary discussion on how to improve the leisure quality of the working youth.
