本文论述了60kA侧插自焙阳极铝电解槽阳极的槽外铸型和焙烧方法,分析了这种方法的技术可行性及其经济效果。认为侧插自焙阳极采用槽外铸型和焙烧是电解铝厂节能降耗的一条有效途径。
This paper discusses the off-molding and baking method of the 60kA side-inserted autoclave anodes for anode aluminum electrolysis cell. The technical feasibility and economic effect of this method are analyzed. It is considered that the use of extra-slot casting and baking in side-mounted self-baking anode is an effective way to save energy and reduce consumption of electrolytic aluminum plant.
