The author learned from Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry, Hebei provincial party committee and government held a Hebei science and technology innovation and science and technology reward conference, commended and rewarded the 2014 Hebei Province Science and Technology Award winners and award-winning unit. Zhou Benshun, party secretary of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and director of Provincial People’s Congress, Zhang Qingwei, deputy secretary of provincial party committee and governor, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech on technological innovation.
