当代学校管理已经变原有的管理模式为人性化管理模式,是在传统管理方面的提高和进步。人性化管理是以人为根本出发点以人为核心的一种管理模式。人性化管理是本着以人为中心,一切把人放在首要位置,一切为人、一切靠人,充分发挥人的中心作用。学校的管理思想和管理都是本着人性化这一准则。人性化管理是新形势新时代的新要求,是符合时代发展的新理念。
Contemporary school management has changed the original management model for human management mode, is the improvement and progress in the traditional management.
