呼吸道异物造成的窒息常在数分钟内导致意外死亡，以快速简捷的方法解除呼吸道梗阻是使患者得以存活的关键。最近我们以Ｈｅｉｍｌｉｃｈ法徒手抢救１例由呼吸道异物梗阻造成窒息的重危患者，获得成功，深感本法操作简单，效果确切，现报告如下。１ 临床资料患者男，３８岁。
Asphyxiation caused by foreign bodies of the respiratory tract can lead to accidental death within a few minutes. A quick and easy method to relieve airway obstruction is the key to survival. Recently, we used the Heimlich Act to rescue one of the most critically ill patients who were asphyxiated by airway obstruction and were successful. We are deeply convinced that this method is simple and effective and is reported as follows. 1 Clinical data Patient male, 38 years old.
