从来没有想到师范院校毕业、学理科专业的我会走上秘书岗位,从来没有想到秘书工作是那样的苦人累人,更没有想到秘书工作是那样的使我充实、沉迷,让我乐此不疲。刚到单位报到时,因为我是党员,所以组织暂留我协助做一些诸如发会议通知、抄写材料、分发文件、会前准备等工作。见我表现颇佳,便决定让我做党委秘书。我曾想做一名优秀的人民教师,且当老师不坐班,有充足的时间随自己支配,还享受教师工资津贴10%的待遇;从事“笔杆子”工作的辛苦劲自不必说,用社会上某些看法来说,则是搞政工没油水可捞。这些对我来说都无所谓,我主要担心自己是学理工的,能胜任这种常和文字打交道的工作吗?然而,我没有犹豫,没有徘
