威优6号、汕优6号及其三系染色体的组型和Giems带型,同Ⅰ、Ⅱ对其他水稻品种分析的结果一样,其基本带型主要是着丝点带,仅有三对(4、10、12) 染色体由于短臂长度较短,且着色很深,表现为全带。这一结果表明,试图从Giemsa带型差异上探讨杂交水稻及共三系配套的机理可能是困难的。需要从分带技术上进一步改进,使目前的单一带型多样化,或采用多种分带技术进行综合分析比较,可能效果更好。
Weiyou 6, Shanyou 6 and its three-line chromosomes and Giems band type, with Ⅰ, Ⅱ for other rice varieties of the same results, the basic band type is mainly the centromere belt, only three pairs 4,10,12) chromosomes due to short length of the short arm, and deep coloring, showed full band. This result suggests that it may be difficult to explore the mechanism of hybrid rice and a total of three lines from the Giemsa banding differences. Need to further improve from the zoning technology, the current single band diversification, or a variety of zoning technology for comprehensive analysis and comparison, may be better.
