严重Rh溶血性疾病虽然少见,但仍时有发现。作者报道了18例严重Rh溶血性疾病患者的检查,处理及预后。上述病人总共妊娠50次,均有Rh病导致流产、死胎或新生儿期死亡病史及羊水光密度改变、超声积水等异常。在超声引导下,使用20号针获取胎儿血标本行填充细胞容积计算,Coombs试验、染色体组型及血型检测,感染筛选及生化检验。本组病人宫内输血72次,其中单独血管内输血39次,腹膜内14次,血管内伴选择性腹膜内16次,心内3次,每个病例平均输血4单位。
Severe Rh hemolytic disease, although rare, but still sometimes found. The authors reported on 18 patients with severe hemolytic disease examination, treatment and prognosis. Intrauterine blood transfusion in this group of 72 times, of which 39 were intravascular blood transfusions, intraperitoneal 14 times intravascular with selective intraperitoneal 16 times intracardiac 3 times, each case, the average transfusion of 4 units.
