头孢硫脒(仙力素)是国内广州白云山制药厂成功研制的半合成头孢菌素,属于第一代头孢菌素,它覆盖了大多数感染常见的G~+和部分G~-细菌。为进一步观察其临床疗效及安全性,我院于2000年4月至7月对头孢硫脒抗菌效果进行了临床验证工作。现将验证结果报道如下。
Cefathiamidine is a semisynthetic cephalosporin successfully developed by Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Factory. It belongs to the first generation cephalosporin, which covers most of the common G ~ + and some G ~ - bacteria. To further observe its clinical efficacy and safety, our hospital in April 2000 to July cefathiamidine antibacterial effect of clinical validation. The verification results are reported below.
