采用非线性有限元法研究大型水工钢闸门滚轮与轨道表层热处理指标的确定。提出了滚轮与轨道表层硬度梯度分布的抛物线模型,并建立了材料硬度与弹性模量、屈服强度的关系,来模拟滚轮与轨道内硬化层非均质材质的影响。研究表明:滚轮、轨道的应力状态和变形与滚轮、轨道的硬化层厚度、表面硬度值大小及其硬度匹配呈现动态变化关系,给出了滚轮与轨道硬化层厚度和硬度匹配取值的建议,提出了确定滚轮和轨道热处理指标的方法。
Nonlinear Finite Element Method for Determining Indexes of Heat Treatment on Roller and Track Surface of Large Hydraulic Steel Gate. A parabola model of the gradient distribution of the surface hardness of the roller and the track was proposed and the relationship between the hardness and the elastic modulus and the yield strength was established to simulate the influence of the heterogeneity of the roller and the hardened layer in the track. The research shows that the relationship between the stress state and deformation of the roller and the track, the thickness of the hardened layer, the surface hardness value and the hardness of the roller and the track are dynamically changing. The suggestions of matching the thickness and hardness of the roller and the track hardened layer are given, A method to determine the index of heat treatment of rollers and rails is proposed.
