财务管理是煤炭企业内部管理的一项重要工作,是保证企业科学发展及平稳运行的基础,贯穿于煤炭企业生产运行过程中的所有环节,必须对该项工作给予足够的重视。在新的发展形势下,煤炭企业要想扩大自身竞争优势,实现可持续发展,就需要树立科学创新理念,抓好企业财务管理工作。本文阐述了煤炭企业财务管理工作的特点及创新的重要性,对其中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了创新财务管理工作的具体策略,以促进煤炭企业的良好发展。
Financial management is an important work of the internal management of coal enterprises, is to ensure that the scientific basis for the development of scientific and stable operation of enterprises throughout the coal production and operation of all aspects of the process, we must pay due attention to this work. Under the new development situation, if coal enterprises want to expand their own competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development, they need to establish the concept of scientific innovation and grasp the financial management of enterprises. This paper describes the characteristics of financial management of coal enterprises and the importance of innovation, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward specific strategies for innovation of financial management so as to promote the sound development of coal enterprises.
