随着企业不断改革、改造、强化管理及改组等,使得许多大型企业集团得到不断完善与发展,且在市场当中形成了有利局势。财务管理作为现代企业各项管理的重点内容与环节,对于企业的健康发展意义重大。本文通过对我国集团企业财务管理的重点及目标进行分析,对其中所存突出问题予以深入剖析,找寻与之对应的改进对策,以期为相关研究及实践管理提供参考。
With the constant reform, transformation, strengthening management and restructuring of enterprises, many large enterprise groups have been continuously perfected and developed, and a favorable situation has been formed in the market. As the key content and link of the modern enterprise management, financial management is of great significance to the healthy development of the enterprise. This article analyzes the key points and goals of the financial management of the group enterprise in our country, analyzes the outstanding problems in them, and looks for the corresponding improvement measures so as to provide reference for the related research and practice management.
