目的了解南宁市婚前医学检查状况,为有效促进婚检提供科学依据。方法根据南宁市2000-2009年婚前医学检查相关资料进行统计分析。结果 2003年后,婚检率从68%以上下降到2%,2009年上升到16.71%;10年平均疾病检出率为13.69%,2005-2008年较高,约为20%左右;出生缺陷发生率从2002年起逐步下降,到2005年达到最低值13.64‰,2007年后逐年回升,2009年达到18.48‰。结论加强婚检,提高婚检率,是提高出生人口素质,降低出生缺陷的重要举措。
Objective To understand the status of premarital medical examination in Nanning and provide scientific evidence for effective premarital examination. Methods Based on the statistical data of premarital medical examination from 2000 to 2009 in Nanning City. Results After 2003, the rate of premarital examination decreased from 68% to 2%, and rose to 16.71% in 2009. The average rate of disease detection in 10 years was 13.69%, higher in 2005-2008, about 20%, birth defects The rate of decline gradually dropped from 2002 and reached a minimum of 13.64 ‰ in 2005, which rose year after year in 2007 and reached 18.48 ‰ in 2009. Conclusion Strengthening the premarital examination and raising the rate of premarital examination are important measures to improve the quality of the born population and reduce the birth defects.
