我国现行的设计赔偿办法日益暴露出诸多弊端 ,越来越不适应市场经济体制下设计行业发展的需要 ,本文结合我国加入WTO后勘察设计市场逐步国际化的趋势 ,提出了新的解决途径———实行设计保险制度。
The current design compensation method in our country exposes many drawbacks day by day, more and more does not meet the needs of the development of the design industry under the market economy system. In this paper, with the trend of internationalization of survey and design market after China’s accession to the WTO, a new solution is proposed - - Implement design insurance system.
