中联煤层气有限责任公司:根据国务院已批准的《财政部、国家税务总局、海关总署关于清理2000年底到期税收优惠政策的请示》(财税[2001]3号)中关于“十五”期间经调整后继续对在我国海洋和陆上特定地区开采石油(天然气)进口物资免征进口税收的政策精神,以及国务院批准的中联煤层气有限责任公司勘探、开发煤层气项目所需进口物资,比照国家对开采石油、天然气进口税收政策执行的规定(国办通[1997]8号),特制定《关于煤层气勘探开发作业项目进口物资免征进口税收的暂行规定》,请遵照执行。
