素质教育要求教师在开发学生智力、培养能力的过程中,既要放开课堂教学的模式与内容,又要注意教学过程中的教学实效性,特别注重数学思想方法、学习能力的培养与学生智力的开发。教学过程中,要放开教学方法与课堂教学模式的束缚,侧重知识、思想与方法的形成过程,真正做到精讲精练,彻底挣脱“题海”的束缚。本文就中学数学教材和新课标的要求,结合本人多年在中学教学教学、教研实践中如何实现“高效低负”的体会,认为教学活动中应做好以下四个方面的工作。
