国际无咨委(CCIR)第十研究组(声音广播业务)和第十一研究组(电视业务)会议分别于1992年5月12日至15日和5月11日至14日在日内瓦召开,会期各四天。这是电联机构改革后第一次召开的研究组会议。参加第十研究组会议的有24个国家、4个科研和工业组织、一个国际组织(欧广联)的代表共123人。科威特代表是第一次参加CCIR的活动,受到大会的热烈欢迎。参加第十一研究组会议的有27个国家、4个科研和工业组织、4个国际组织的代表共135人。
The meetings of the Consultative Group on Internationalless Urban Services (CCIR), Sound Broadcasting Service and Study Group XI (Television services) were held in Geneva from 12 to 15 May and from 11 to 14 May 1992, respectively, The duration of four days. This is the first meeting of the study group convened after the reform of the electricity union. A total of 123 delegates from 24 countries, 4 scientific research and industrial organizations and one international organization (EU) attended the Tenth SGT meeting. The Kuwaiti delegation was the first to participate in the CCIR and was warmly welcomed by the General Assembly. There are 135 delegates from 27 countries, 4 scientific research and industrial organizations and 4 international organizations attending the 11th SG meeting.
