石家庄的城雕招标,从表面看是件好事。城市雕塑公开招标择优选用本应大力提倡,然而,真正身临其境感到非常离奇、荒诞,随着事态的发展,便渐显出端倪……。 我曾被曲阳的石匠(别人介绍的)软磨硬泡,“请”到石家庄,参与投标,入得“民心河改造工程指挥部”<招标单位>,几十家曲阳个体厂主挟雕塑家招标书。标书上早已把尺度、材质(显然多为石材)标好,以利石匠操作确定。招标会上,甲方与石匠直接对话,雕塑家成为随从。会上,官话对外行话颇为荒诞,会下,石匠们施展攻关法术掠地夺标。
