我国计量检测自动化校准技术起步与发达国家相比,自动化程度远远落后。在温度计量行业,目前有数字式、电子式设备,设备的校准自动化有所提高,但是依然不能满足实际工作需要,有待进一步提高校准的自动化程度。本文从当前我国温度二次仪表的检测校准发展情况入手,对现有校准方法的不足进行了简要分析;然后基于虚拟仪器提出了一种温度二次仪表自动化校准系统,经试验表明这一系统应用效果良好,值得推广。
Compared with the developed countries, the automatic calibration technology of measurement and testing in our country has lagged far behind.
