作为一名幼儿教育工作者.无不把搞好班上的工作、提高自己所带班的教育质量,从而得到家长及社会的充分肯定作为自己的工作目标。但是怎样才能将本班的工作搞好呢?我认为要做好以下几点: 一、教师有明确的工作思想作为一名幼儿教师首先要有喜欢、爱护幼儿及热爱幼儿园这份思想,这样在教育幼儿的工作过程中就会全身心投入,教育幼儿的质量就会有保证。二、提高教师自身的工作能力一名幼儿园的教师只有在平常的工作中不断提高自身的教育能力,才能将本班的教育质量越搞越好。比如.幼儿园可以经常开一些教师座谈会或主题讨论会.方便本幼儿园的教师交流各自的心得.探讨和对比教育方法及方向。幼儿园还可以组织教师到其它优秀的幼儿园参观学习.吸取别人优秀的办学经验及教育方式。这样教师就会在教育幼儿的工作过程中提高自身的工作能力及积累教学经验,从而使班的教学质量提高.越搞
