采用卵母细胞体外培养的方法研究了硝酸铅、氯化镍对小鼠卵母细胞成熟的影响。结果表明 ,硝酸铅、氯化镍都能抑制小鼠卵母细胞第一极体的释放 ,降低卵母细胞的质量和体外存活率 ,但是对卵母细胞生发泡破裂没有影响。提示 ,硝酸铅、氯化镍有明显的生殖毒性。
The effects of lead nitrate and nickel chloride on mouse oocyte maturation were studied by oocyte culture in vitro. The results showed that both lead nitrate and nickel chloride could inhibit the release of the first polar body of mouse oocytes, reduce the quality of oocytes and the survival rate in vitro, but had no effect on the rupture of oocysts. Tip, lead nitrate, nickel chloride have significant reproductive toxicity.
